As Vice President of Marketing for Elmwood Sensors we were asked to develop a Strategic Plan that would significantly grow the business. The plan was executed and, through several acquisitions, we grew a $50 million Temperature Sensor Company into a $250 million Sensors and Controls Division called Fasco Sensors and Controls (currently part of Honeywell Sensing and Control).
